Do You Have Lemon?

The Kentucky Lemon Law Test

There are 4 different definitions of a lemon in the Kentucky Motor Vehicle Lemon Law.  If you answer "yes" to any question below, then you have a lemon.  Remember, just one "YES" and you may be entitled to your money back or a new vehicle!

1. Was your vehicle worked on by the dealer for the same defect at least 4 times, during the first year or 12,000 miles of your ownership, and it was not finally fixed at the end of the 4th attempt?
2.Was your vehicle in the dealer’s repair shop for a total of 30 days during the first year or 12,000 miles of your ownership?
3. Did you give them a reasonable number of chances to fix your defects during the warranty period, but defects are still there?
5. Did you give them a reasonable amount of time to fix your defects during the warranty period, but the defects weren’t fixed timely?

If you said "yes" to any one (or more) of these questions - then you’ve got a lemon and we can help you. Getting rid of lemon cars and lemon trucks is what we do. Everyday.
